1. Relief from Allergens
A study showed that in households that have plants in their houses, there is less dust and mould than in houses that have no plants. The leaves of the plants and other such parts help in trapping allergens and other floating particles. Some of the typical low-light house plants include Chinese evergreen, the peace lily, or any plant with dark green leaves. Acting like Velcro, violets, and other plants with rough-textured leaves might still be better trappers. Do not plant or allow plants to flower that produce pollen or spores.
