We’re proud to offer healthy, high-quality plants — and we stand by them. That’s why every plant from Eureka Farms is backed by our 30-Day Guarantee, covering your plant’s health from the day it’s delivered, as long as care instructions are properly followed.
Transit Protection with Route
Please note:
We do not cover any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. To protect your order in transit, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout for a small additional fee. This coverage ensures your plants are fully protected from loss, theft, or damage during delivery — giving you peace of mind from our farm to your door.
If Route protection is not selected at checkout, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds for issues that occur during shipping.
Our 30-Day Plant Health Guarantee
Our warranty covers plant health issues that arise within 30 days of delivery, provided the care instructions we include are followed. These include:
Removing the plastic bag covering your plant upon arrival.
Not repotting your plant immediately to avoid transplant shock.
For Houseplants and Patio Plants: wait 2–4 weeks
For Landscaping Plants: wait 3–5 days
Gradually acclimating your plant to its new environment, adjusting for lighting, humidity, and temperature.
If your plant fails to thrive within this period, we ask that you reach out with detailed images and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide personalized care advice or, if needed, a free replacement.
