Is it safe to ship plants by mail?
We Believe it is, let us prove it, our success rate sipping plant(s) online is well over 99%.

How do you measure height for indoor plants?
For indoor plants we measure approximate height from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant.

I placed my order, how fast can you ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from the moment orders are received, certain exceptions may apply such as weather conditions, holidays, and weekends. We ship most orders orders via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS, we determine which carrier to use base on location and best in transit time. Estimated time for delivery is 2-6 days base on regions, for west coast areas it may take 5-6 days for arrival, for Mid to East coast regions is usually 2-3 days for orders to arrive. Once your order ships we will provide you with detail tracking information and eta updates detailing the estimated time of arrival.

Are plant(s) purchased online guarantee?
All plants are guarantee for a period of 30 days, We offer a Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

How much will shipping cost?
Orders over $75 ship free to all regions within the US, except Alaska and Hawaii, PR.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Expect to receive your plant from the day We ship as follows.
Eastern Zones 2-3 days.
Central Zones 3-4 days.
Pacific Zones 5-7 days.

Can I verify the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, you can use to check its status.
 
Can orders be changed after confirmed?
Yes we can, however we can only change orders that remain in our possession, in the event you need to request a modification please contact us via email or call us direct, we will do our best to satisfy your request, once a tracking # has been issued and the order is pickup by the shipping carrier we are no longer able to modify orders, request to change an incorrect shipping address can be done for an additional fee as per carriers policies.

Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept almost all types of payment methods like PayPal, American Express, Visa, and Master Card, Zelle.

Do you provide discounts for wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes we can, You can contact us directly at any time, we can provide wholesale and affiliate programs for online sellers.
 
I no longer need the items purchased, Can I cancel the order?
Yes you can, you may cancel your order for any reason and expect a full refund as long as the product remains in our possession, once the order is processed and shipped we will incur shipping charges, in the event you desire to return the product we will incur shipping charges for the returns as well, we will be happy to refund your order value minus the shipping cost.
 
Can I return my order?
Yes you can, however shipping cost is not refundable, in the event you wish to return your plants we can issue a prepaid return shipping label and dispatch a request for pickup at your location, please do keep all packaging material as you received your products in order to return in the same manner as you receive your plants and be able to avoid damages.
 
Can I request a specific shipping date?
Yes you can, during the checkout process you may provide a comment with your specific day of arrival requirements.
 
Are my plants safe during shipping?
Yes they are, we package our plants in a tightly secure method to prevent damage during transit, regardless of the direction the box is handled, the plant is completely secured to prevent shifting of the plant inside the box.
 
Do images on your site reflect actual products?
Plant images shown on our website are from  plants that we have grown in our nursery. The plant you will receive will be very similar to the image as advertised, however all plants are different, exact match cannot be guaranteed. While we strive to update as frequent as possible and detail specifications and sizes, plants are constantly growing, color blends may different base on lighting conditions, seasons or time of year.
 
Can I repot and fertilize my plant when it arrives?
No need to fertilize right away, We fertilize our plants during the production phase with slow release fertilizer which can last an additional 2-3 months supplying residual nutrients to the plant. Plants shipped online are in complete darkness for several days, so is normal for plants to stress during this process, We recommend to allow the plants to rest and acclimate to their new environment, place the plant in a low to medium light area for several days so it can gradually transition and adjust to light, after a few days you may transition it to bright indirect light as close as possible to a window or glass door. You may water if soil is dry, if moist allow the soil to dry out before wearing, it may take several days.
 
What to do when my order arrives?
Carefully open the boxes, a knife or scissors may be needed to open the boxes, and cut off the plastic bag surrounding the pot, inspect all plants and make sure all items ordered were received, You may water if soil is dry, if moist allow the soil to dry for several days before watering. Place the plant in a low to medium light area for several days so it can gradually transition and adjust to light, after a few days you may transition it to bright indirect light as close to a window as possible or glass door.
Please do not repot or fertilize your new arrivals for at least 4 weeks, plants shipped online are in complete darkness for several days, so is normal for plants to stress during this process.

What Can I expect?
A beautiful healthy Plant that will enhance and beautify any space, free from pest and disease, shipped directly from our greenhouse and delivered to your door. We care for and maintain our plants to the highest standards, The plant you will receive will be similar to the image as advertised, however all plants are different, exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Can I order During Winter and Summer Months?
Yes you can, however most Tropical plants are sensitive to extreme cold conditions, once cold temperatures are expected to fall below freezing it will not be safe to ship life plants, we carefully manage shipping decisions during winter months and determine when is safe to ship, please be advise we may need to hold orders until conditions are appropriate to safely ship the plants.
Shipping during summer months.
Most Tropical plants are sensitive to extreme hot days during summer months, once temperatures are expected to rise above 90 degrees, it is not safe to ship life plants, we carefully manage shipping decisions during extreme hot days and determine when is safe to ship, please be advise we may need to hold orders until conditions are appropriate to safely ship the plants.
Why are my Plant leaves droopy?
Drooping leaves are usually a sign that your plant needs water. Check the top inch of soil for dryness and water if necessary. Water slowly to allow the soil to absorb and moist evenly. Other reasons for drooping indoor plant leaves are insufficient light, air draft from near by vents or inadequate humidity.

Why do drops of water appear on my plant leaves?
This type of sweating could indicate that there is slightly too much moisture in the soil. Hold off watering until the top section of the soil is dry before watering.
